Reverend Steve Terry became the Executive Director  on March 13, 2007. Though new to this position, Steve has  a history with the Oroville Rescue Mission. Steve started on the Mission Board of Director's in 1983,serving in the offices of Secretary, Vice-President and President of the Board. He then became the Chaplain and Assitant Executive Director June 15, 1998. "Pastor Steve is an ordained Minister with Pentecostal Church of God, and has a heart for teaching discipleship classes. When recently asked  his personal mission statement he summed it up in two words: Restoration and Discipleship. The mission statement of the Oroville Rescue Mission "To Reach out to the less fortunate of Oroville and to restore their lives to order."


Annie Terry has also previously served at the Oroville Rescue Mission. In 2003 she stepped in to help when a cook was needed, doing this for nine months. During that time she began to fill in wherever she was needed, becoming more involved with the Women and Children's Shelter.  "I'm not a preacher, I'm  just a Mom, I have a mothers heart. The people that come to the Mission are somebodys son, or daughter, sister or brother, and I want to love them & deal with them as I would my own."
